Best tank top i ever worn! It feels so light and ample, like you would be shirtless! The material is perfect even outside in summer. With it, you will not sweat as much as with an another tank top!

Im 6 ft 215 pounds and the large fits me perfectly. Definitely would recommend to anyone training in the temple of iron or doing any martial art .
